Testimonials
What people say
I had the opportunity to work with Tegan at Activ, where she served as a staff member supporting individuals with autism and other disabilities in the workplace. Tegan consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism, kindness and dedication in her role. She was approachable, supportive and always willing to assist whenever challenges arise or when guidance was needed in completing daily tasks. Her friendly nature and proactive attitude made her a valuable source of support for both staff and employees. Tegan’s commitment to helping others and creating a positive work environment was evident in all her interactions and she made a meaningful impact on those she supported. I would highly recommend Tegan to any organization, as she would be a tremendous asset to anyone who has the opportunity to work with her.
Tegan is a wonderful friend and support worker. She is funny, caring, kind and genuinely makes people feel supported. One of the things I have loved most is being able to share new experiences and adventures with her, including trips to Busselton and Bunbury. We have done so many fun things together, from visiting the beach to going out to restaurants. What I appreciate most about Tegan is that during some of my darkest moments, she has been able to help lift me up and bring happiness back into my life. If I ever need her advice or input, I know I can ask her and she will always give me an honest answer. Tegan is a great friend, a dedicated support worker and a genuinely caring person. I feel very lucky to have her in my life and I appreciate everything she has done for me. She is truly awesome!
Tegan has been such a supportive mentor to S and our family. She communicates with professionalism, clarity and care, and has provided thoughtful guidance and recommendations we had not previously considered. Tegan’s guidance has helped us navigate new pathways with greater confidence, and her advocacy and support have made a real difference in helping S move towards meaningful opportunities — including preparing her handmade work for an upcoming winter sale. It is hard to find someone as committed, responsive and genuinely invested as Tegan. We are so grateful to have her walking alongside us on this journey and know she will continue to make a positive difference into the future.
